During your training year and subsequent two-year induction, you will benefit from a structured support package rooted in the Early Career Framework (ECF). To deliver this comprehensive programme, the Danes Educational Trust (DET) and the Bucks Hub Partnership collaborate with the Ambition Institute, ensuring you build the essential confidence, skills, and pedagogical knowledge required for the classroom. This is a compulsory professional requirement.

When planning your calendar at the start of the academic year, if you know in advance that you cannot attend a compulsory session (e.g. due to a Parents' Evening), you must inform Claire Todd at ctodd@danesedtrust.org.uk by Monday 28 September 2026.
