Leadership and Line Management

Our range of leadership opportunities, offered in partnership with colleagues across the county and beyond, support the professional development of aspiring and serving colleagues across secondary and primary phase. Please note that a number of the opportunities outlined below require the agreement of your Headteacher and, as such, before making any booking arrangements, you should ensure a conversation has taken place with your line manager regarding the particular course you wish to pursue. Danes Educational Trust Middle Leaders should note the window of dates provided below for attendance at the three Middle Leader Subject Forums held across the academic year. Forum Leads will be in touch in advance of each session to advise regarding the exact date (within the window provided here), agenda and venue.

Similarly, Senior Leaders engaged in the KS3 Assessment Forum and SENCo and Assistant SENCo engaged in the SEND Forum should ensure the dates and times below are within diaries.
