Early Career Framework  Year 2

Building upon your initial training, the second year of your induction provides a continued, structured support package centered on the Early Career Framework (ECF). In partnership with the Ambition Institute, the Danes Educational Trust (DET) and the Bucks Hub Partnership deliver this comprehensive programme to further sharpen your skills and ensure you feel fully empowered in the classroom.

Year 2 Core Training Schedule

As a mandatory part of your professional development, please save the following core dates. Detailed information including specific timings, delivery formats (online or in-person), and locations will be communicated by your Hub Leads.

As you plan your diary at the start of the academic year, if you already know that you are unable to attend a compulsory session (for example, due to a Parents’ Evening), you must inform Claire Todd at ctodd@danesedtrust.org.uk by Monday 28 September 2026.
