Non Teaching Support Colleagues

There are many parts of our organisation which, while not front facing to our learners, are part of the 'beating heart' of Danes Educational Trust. These functions comprise Data and MIS, Estates and Facilities, Finance, Governance and Policy, Human Resources, Information Technology, Initial Teacher Training Administration, Marketing and School Administration. Continuous learning in these areas often centres around work based learning to enable the development of new skills, knowledge and capability 'on the job' while also building on prior experience.
